Delivery problems
Since we use the services of a third-party company to deliver the shipments, it may happen that the goods sent by us do not arrive at their destination within the stipulated deadline. In these cases you can first check very easily where your shipment is.
Delivery by courier
- We have sent your tracking number to your email
- you can check where the shipment is with the GLS tracking system where you will enter the shipment code
- if the courier has lost the shipment, contact us immediately so that we can send you the goods again, then we will take care of the complaint.
